At Maria Nila, we want you to love your 100% vegan hair care products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that all products remain unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
